No accounts, cookies or analytics
This is a static website. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools or third-party fonts or scripts.
Tools stay in your browser
Our interactive tools can save your working progress in your own browser's localStorage (keys beginning with iwg-, for example iwg-checklist-v1, iwg-decision-log-v2 and the iwg-summary-… entries that feed the board briefing pack). This data stays strictly on your device and never reaches our servers. You can delete it at any time by using the reset option or clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you click "Discuss these findings with us" in a tool, your summary is held briefly in this browser's sessionStorage to pre-fill the contact form. It is only sent if you submit the form yourself.
Contact form. The form on our contact page collects your name (optional), email address and message (optional), plus technical fields (site name, form type, and a hidden anti-spam field). Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in the Google Workspace account used by Humanity Solutions (trade name Foresight Transitions); an email alert goes to that account. Humanity Solutions is the controller; Google Workspace is the processor. We use these details only to reply to your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep submissions for 12 months after the last contact; ask for deletion at any time via connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net.
If you email us, we use your email address, name and message only to reply to you (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact. Server logs are kept according to Hostinger's log retention. Processors: Hostinger (web hosting, EU) and Google Workspace (email, EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Please don't send sensitive data or other people's personal data.
Server logs
Like any web host, the server that delivers this site may briefly log technical data such as IP address and requested page, for security and operation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
